Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Aivently. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must ensure you have the rights to the media and text content you upload. We may suspend accounts that violate intellectual property, privacy, or applicable laws.

Use of the Services

You may use Aivently only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to probe or breach our infrastructure, interfere with other users, or use the platform to create deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access that negatively impacts platform stability or violates these Terms, provided we make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you.

Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Usage is measured in credits based on audio duration, language complexity, and selected features. Paid plans auto-renew each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

Refunds are issued only in the situations below, provided you contact info@aivently.com within the stated timeframe and include applicable job IDs or payment references:

• Platform failure (30 days): A processing job fails because of a verified issue on our side and we cannot deliver a corrected result. Request a credit restoration or refund within 30 days of the failed job.
• Duplicate or unauthorized charges (30 days): Your statement shows an unapproved or duplicate transaction originating from Aivently. Notify us within 30 days of the billing date so we can reverse the extra charge.
• Unused credit packs (14 days): One-time credit purchases with at least 95% of the credits unused and purchased within the last 14 days. We will revoke access to the returned credits once the refund is processed.

All other issues are resolved by restoring credits or extending access. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading media you grant Aivently a limited license to process and store the content solely to provide the services. We do not claim ownership of the resulting subtitles, transcripts, or dubbed audio files.

All platform code, design, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Aivently and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivently is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any month will not exceed the fees you paid during that month.
