Aivently provides subtitle translation and related workflow tools. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload is lawful and that you hold the required rights to process it.
Accounts and Credits
Credits are consumed based on published usage rules. Abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass billing or security controls may result in account restriction or termination.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time to improve performance, security, or compliance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is, without warranties. Aivently is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
