Merge SRT files online

Join two subtitle files into one: put the second after the first, or combine both by time.

Runs in your browser. Your file is never uploaded.

How to merge two SRT files

Choose “Second after first” for a film split into two parts: the second file starts after the last line of the first, plus the gap you set. Cue numbers are rewritten from 1.

Choose “Combine by time” to interleave two files that cover the same video, such as dialogue and on-screen text. Lines are sorted by start time.

Questions

Can I merge more than two files?

Merge two, download the result, then merge it with the next file.

Can I merge a VTT with an SRT?

Yes. The result uses the first file's format when it is SRT, VTT or ASS, and SRT otherwise.

How do I show two languages at once?

Use the dual subtitles maker, which pairs lines by timing instead of listing them separately.

Need this file in another language?

Aivently translates SRT, VTT and ASS files with AI, keeps every timecode, and lets you review each line before export. New accounts get 10 free minutes.
